1. Island Limeade. It takes about an hour to make, but you’ll only have to work for 10 minutes at it, the rest of the time you’ll have to wait for the drink to chill. It has around 182 calories and 0 grams of fat and it’s full of vitamins. For it you need 3 cups of boiling water, 1/3 or 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 1/4 cups of freshly squeezed lime juice and 6 ounces dark rum.

Using 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the juice of half a lemon, 2 cups of blueberry juice and 1/2 cup of sparkling wine, divided, you’ll get a 185-calorie drink that will blow your mind with its amazing taste.
7. Iced Mint Green Tea. Want a low-cal, refreshing drink on a hot summer night? This is the perfect thing for you, than. It takes about 45 minutes to make, including the chilling time, but the result will astound your sense with its magic taste. At only 76 calories, this drink will take care of your thirst in no time. To make it, you need 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, 3 green tea bags, 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 cups boiling water, 2 cups of sake, divided and 4 stalks of lemongrass, for garnish.
8. Kahluaccino. Are you a coffee lover? If the answer to this question is yes, then here’s the recipe for the most amazing drink you’ll have. It takes only 15 minutes to make, and the resulting drink has only 138 calories and it is extremely delicious. The pinch of Kahlua will give the unique taste to this amazing coffee. For it you need 3/4 cup of nonfat milk, 3/4 cup of strong coffee, 1/2 cup of Kahlua, or at least Frangelico, 3 cups of ice, 4 teaspoons of sugar and some shaved chocolate, for garnish.

some wine glasses break easily so now i always buy wine glasses that are quite thick -

there are portable wine coolers which also fit in a small office space. i use them in my home office :.~
